Prior to Boston Private, Rich was a Director-level Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Data Management and Process Improvement practice of the Financial Services industry vertical. In addition to providing consulting, technology, and business process solutions to global Financial Services clients, Rich also led a global pro-bono effort to assist the United Nations and many of its member agencies to track donations in the wake of the Indian Ocean Tsunami of 2004. The work that Rich’s multinational team performed was cited in various media outlets by Kofi Annan and former President Bill Clinton.

In addition to the 12 years spent at both Boston Private and PwC, Rich’s professional background also includes three different startups and a stint as a teacher at the Phillips Academy Summer Session. Rich is a graduate of Dartmouth College, a married father of three, and a once-and-future ski bum.
